Unified Power Quality Controller (UPQC)
The Unified Power Quality Conditioner (UPQC) is a power electronic device integrating multiple power quality governance functions.
Adopting a hybrid topology of “series compensation + parallel compensation,” it simultaneously addresses voltage quality issues on the grid side (e.g., voltage sags, swells, unbalance) and current quality issues on the load side (e.g., harmonics, reactive power, unbalance), achieving “one-stop” power quality optimization.
It serves as a core power quality guarantee device for scenarios such as industrial precision loads, data centers, and new energy grid integration.
